How can dual extrusion increase productivity: A special single-side nozzle lift system enables quick switching of the extrusion. An automatic calibration module is used for the XYZ offset of the second hot-end. With this, you progress much faster and more precisely than with manual control.

High-speed dual printing: The Sermoon D3 Pro has a double extrusion system capable of achieving a flow rate of up to 32mm³/s. This means it can print models with high precision in significantly less time than many other 3D printers, improving part production efficiency.

Temperature-controlled chamber: The printer has a chamber with an internal heater that maintains a constant temperature of 60°C. This ambient temperature helps reduce internal stresses during printing, minimizing shrinkage, warping, or cracking of parts, resulting in superior print quality.

Automatic Leveling by Voltage Sensor: The Sermoon D3 Pro uses a tension sensor in the print head to probe the build surface at multiple points and automatically adjust the platform level. This eliminates the need for frequent manual calibrations, making the printing process more convenient and accurate.

Automatic leveling: A strain sensor in the hotend measures the build plate of the Sermoon D3 Pro over several points for unevenness and then levels it automatically and precisely. You can do without a calibration card and a Z offset. Once the build plate leveling is done, it stays set for a long time.

Flexible build plate: The build platform of the Sermoon D3 Pro is made sticky and heat-resistant to meet the needs of a wide variety of materials. Its matt surface ensures that the underside of the model remains fine and smooth. Bending the models effortlessly removes them from the build plate.
